This convocation serves as the formal invitation to the third General Members’ Meeting of L.A.D. ‘F. Kaiser’ on Wednesday the 18th of March 2026, from 17.15 in BE.0.18. Attached you can find the agenda and the minutes of the last GMM.
Additionally, if you want to propose an agenda point, please send an email to the board (kaiser@strw.leidenuniv.nl) in advance.
During this GMM, we will propose and vote on new Members of Merit from the last ten years of Kaiser. A good opportunity to relive or learn about some more recent Kaiser history. Next to this, we will vote on an amendment to the statutes proposed at the last GMM. Moreover, we will propose and vote on an amendment to the Rules of Procedure.
Last but certainly not least, we will give all of you the opportunity to share your thoughts and give your input regarding L.A.D. 'F. Kaiser'.
The names of the proposed Members of Merit can be found below. The amended statutes and Rules of Procedure can be found below as well. Within the amended versions, the parts that have been changed compared to the last version are marked in yellow.
If you cannot be present, you may authorize another Kaiser member to vote and/or speak on your behalf. You can do this by sending us an email with your name, their name and the date of the GMM (the 18th of March 2026). The email can be sent to kaiser@strw.leidenuniv.nl. You can also submit a written proxy to the board at the GMM itself, containing the same information.
