Hi all, I am organizing a meeting next week on Tuesday (Jan 20th) where the research group from Delft that works on space technologies will visit us. We will visit them on a different date to see what they are doing. I am proposing this as a tentative schedule: Proposed schedule for Science and Technology group visit at Leiden Time What Where 9:45 – 10:15 Walk-in + coffee Kaiser Lounge 10:15 – 10:45 Welcome by Sebastiaan + overview presentation of what we do. 11:00 – 11:45 METIS integration hall visit METIS integration hall 11:45 – 13:15 Lunch UFO, The dish 13:15 – 14:00 2x Leiden Presentations + Q/A TBD 14:00 – 14:30 Optical Lab visit 14:30 – 15:15 2x Leiden Presentations + Q/A TBD 15:15 – 15:45 Coffee Break 15:45 – 16:30 2x Leiden Presentations + Q/A TBD 16:30 – 17:15 Discussion about synergies TBD 17:15 – 20:00 Dinner in Leiden Does anyone have any comments or suggestions about the schedule? I was thinking of maybe adding a visit to SRON in, but then we don’t have that much time to discuss the research side. Hi all, For those attending our pool outing tomorrow, I booked three pool tables at pool cafe the church (https://poolcafethechurch.nl/) at 19:30 for an hour.
